NEC SV9100 DT820 Scroll button not working after move

We recently moved our phone server from one office to another. It required a LAN IP address change and everything seems to be working fine. However, the scroll button on the phones no longer page through the function keys. I can't seem to find anything in the manual about this other than a brief mention of a license issue. However, when I log in to WebPro, the 48 function keys are still there for each phone. Any thoughts? Thanks!

I figured it out. It was a licensing issue. I forgot to update the IP address in the license server settings. Once I did that, the phone rebooted and the scroll button worked again. Hope that helps someone else down the road!
