I have NEC SV9100 with 70 phones and 1 Mobile Extension. I have 71 licenses total. However, 2 phones are showing as FULL PORT. What should I do? Where to begins?
My theory is that I put these 2 phones on the shelf as there is no available cube for it. Now there are new tables being installed and management want to deploy the 2 phones. However, these 2 phones are giving me FULL PORT message on the PHONE LCD. I am thinking that I must have use the resource license on something else...but what? Any idea??

Thanks!!

I had the same issue with my system. I had 17 phones and 17 licenses but the last 4 kept giving me this "Full Port" message. My resolution was this:

I had a blade installed in the system, which also had 4 analog ports. I had to un-program those analog ports, and then physically removed that blade. After that, I rebooted the system and then I was able to use all the phones.

In your situation, I'm not sure if you have this analog blade and if you can take it out but even if not, maybe it gives you an idea of how to handle the problem.

Good luck.

I saw your post dated couple of months ago, but my situation is different. I do not have Analog ports. I know that there are 2 phones that occupy 2 resource licenses each. I just need to find them and find out which extension they are occupying. This will be quite a challenge if there are no alternative way of seeing all extensions using the resource license.
In my 90-23 it only shows 68 phones, but using 70 licenses.

Thanks for the reply anyway. Glad your problem is resolved.
