NEC SV9100 Department Group Ring Simultaneously

Hello All,

We had problem setting feature Department Group with condition,
- There are 2 sip extension (3rd party) members in 1 group department that have been programmed to ring simultaneously
- It has been confirmed that all extensions are not set in the forward program
- If the group department pilot is called via digital/analog telephone, 2 sip extensions in 1 group department can
ring simultaneously. It indicates that the group department program for simultaneous ringing that we have set is working.
- But, if the group department pilot is called via IP Phone Proprietary, 2 sip extensions in 1 group department
only ring 1 extension

The question is,
Why only from proprietary IP phone this feature can't work (ring simultaneously?
