NEC SV9100 cannot dial some internals phones randomly

I have NEC SV9100 with F3P phones. Suddenly some phones when call them internally not ring, phone caller receive busy call (phone destination is free, can dial but not receive call). When restart work fine some time but return to busy status for other phones calling them.

In debug mode show when calling from 523 to 535:

Network work fine, all phones and SV are in same segment, F3P firmware upgrade applied (2.8.0.6291). Original Nec DT800 work fine

Any advice or procedure to resolve this problem?
