Hi in there,
I'm working on a SV9100 atm, and trying to have a BRI-Isdn Qsig link with a Mitel/Aastra 5000, I know that on a PRI link it's not a problem, but it looks like we've got issues on BRI with the SV9100 system (link done between the Aastra and an Alcatel system)
Any ideas about the cabling (also tried straight and crossed), or the prg on the SV9100 ? :)

Regards,

Point to Point (p2p) and Point to Multipoint (p2mp) may be an issue in the SV9100.

10-03 : BRIA Configuration

I dont have a BRI Interface in my test system to confirm which part in there is, but changing those values may assist. Outside of this, I haven't ever attempted BRI linking between systems.

Thanks for your answer,
I've already tried to changed those P-P or P-MP settings without any luck. I'm trying on a PRI card today, and will make forward tests on BRI.

Regards

So, after a few tries, PRI is working fine, with some quick prg (CRC-4/CLIP/Qsig mode in 10-03).
Unfortunately had an answer from the manufacturer, telling me that BRI should not work in Qsig mode on SV8100/9100.
Thaks again Daniel_RO : )
