Is there a way to universally block all calls to 976 dialed as NPA + 976 + XXXX or 1 + NPA + 976 + XXXX? The "Toll Restriction - Common Restrict Code Table (21-06-05)" only allows for 10 entries and simply putting 976 in this table does not block calls dialed as ten or eleven digits (who has seven digit dialing any longer?).

@@@ = 3 wild cards. Place them infront of your number. Make sure that you account for total number of digits.
EX: @@@976 in a deny table will block any area code + 976. Add @@@411 to block any area code for information calls.

Once again, thank you! The documentation for 21-06-05 does not indicate that I can use wildcards. Works like a charm!
