We just changed out a Toshiba CIX to an NEC SV9100 at a supermarket. They are using analog credit card swipes to process credit/debit cards. They were working on the CIX. They are not working on the SV9100. After troubleshooting with a test set and observing PRI D-Channel traces, we believe the readers are dialing too quickly for the NEC to process all the digits. We see just a smaterring of sent digits in the D Channel trace. Any ideas? Thanks! ~ Mike

If they are dialing the same number each time, try using a system speed dial bin and preface the number with a pause.
