I have a customer who has an ACD group. The pilot number is 477. This number is DID to an external number.
When they call the extension 477 internally, the call wont hit the ACD queue.
How do we make an internal call route to the ACD queue for this customer.
PS we are able to transfer a call to the ACD pilot
The system is a NEC SV9100, latest firmware V9
