NEC SV9100 - ACD

I have a customer who has an ACD group. The pilot number is 477. This number is DID to an external number.
When they call the extension 477 internally, the call wont hit the ACD queue.
How do we make an internal call route to the ACD queue for this customer.

PS we are able to transfer a call to the ACD pilot

The system is a NEC SV9100, latest firmware V9
 
You should be able to dial 477 directly, according to the ACD manual. Are there any outgoing restrictions set?
Can you dial any other extensions in the 4XX range?
