Hi all
I was call from a furniture store were They have an NEC SV9100/9300 phone system and DTZ-12D-3 corded phone, and when they use the store to store extension dialing it shows as being on the Cap line (Ive never heard of this). Currently when they have inbound calls on the cap line it is silent/dropping the call.
Has anybody know how to fix it.
