NEC SV8500 how to program Internal Zone Paging

HI,

We have NEC SV8500 , created IZP (internal zone paging group) through PCPro and added stations, programed IZP button on reception phone, but when they press IZP button, phones in the paging zone hear pre-tone but not able to hear voice.
tried M-IZP button Page button no luck,
how do we setup IZP for 50 phones?

Each Internal Zone Paging Group must be composed of a Dterm station (TEC=12).
2. A maximum of 24 stations can be assigned to one Internal Zone Paging Group.
3. A maximum of 99 groups can be assigned to one tenant.
4. One Dterm station can be assigned to multiple Internal Zone Paging groups.

AIZP should be all you need. I suggest you verify that you can do a voice call to the stations. Since an internal page is the same as a voice call.

We have 48 stations , all TEC=12, created two zone 1 and 2, programed M-IZP and IZP buttons on two different stations (just to test), M-IZP does nothing, IZP when pressed stations in group hear pre-tone only, all these stations are able to do voice calls.

Internal Zone page feature is not supported on IP phones per feature programming manual , However there is a feature called internal muilt-zone that works for whatever reason I do not know, make sure ASFC index 215 is set. This feature requires PAD trunks to be available, i.e. if you have 32 PAD trunks and 25 are in use only 7 phones will get the page. In key data the key should be set as 154. This feature is only available in North America. One last bit, this feature uses a lot processing power if your CPU is busy expect delays.
