Hi there,
My name is Daniel Maltez, I am an IT Analyst currently working for a hotel network here in Brazil,
Since I don't have much knowledge on Communication Centrals, I need some guidance on the task below:

In my company I have a SV8300 PBX - When I started working here, I was given this task of setting up IP DECT extensions
NEC model G266 mobile phones, that wasn't working for a long time, because they had not an IT person around.
The computer that controlled these extensions was long way broken, I Managed to restore it and runned the Dap Configurator(IP DECT Configurator) as described in the File1 and in File1.1, I can communicate with RPN antennas as show in file2, I can register a number range, I can also make the phone register and stay connected, as shown in file3, however it does not make a line, I can not make calls between extensions, I can not make calls, I can not answer calls, sometimes when calling the mobile extension it rings but I can not answer, All these settings were made on the computer where DAP Configurator is installed, I need to configure something else in the program Sv8300 Central (SV8300 PCPro)?
Because I believe the problem is between this program and the Central (SV8300), the profile is on the mobile extension I can configurate entering the park number, acess code and the number line but does not communicate with the Central (SV8300).

The device is communicating with the router (RPN) I have signal, it appears registered in DAP Configurator but does nothing.

Another issue is in file5 this license part appears saying it is not licensed.

Can someone help me?

Thanks in advance for all the help.

THANK YOU for the reply, if no one says nothing I'll never know what i'm doing wrong, and even if no one can help but at least you point me the right direction.

1. did they ever work?
Yes, It was working before I rebooted all RPN's
2. what software level is in the 8300?
I didn't understand. I mean I have this softare SVC8300PRO installed with Administrador passcode. Is that what you mean?
3. what licensing is in the 8300?
There's a license installed I'll check later
4. what, if any firewalls are in place?
Only the windows firewall.
NOTE: you are working with a discontinued product no longer supported by NEC. I suggest finding a local NEC dealer and have a trained certified technician work on it. Keep in mind that they will not have any access to NEC support. Consider upgrading to the 9300.

I'll study this guide.
It's a false impression or you are trying to be a little rude?
well, Thanks anyway for the guide.

About licenses - run IP-DECT Configurator, then General Settings, button License. Maybe it will usefull.

The thing is, there isn't a license button where it should be! The license is istalled, but I don't know why the RPN's shown it's unlicensed.

After reading the Install guide the other guy who surprisingly deleted his posts sent me, I concluded there's I need to activate something or allow the Ip Adresses of the DECT Phones direct on the SV8300 via SV8300 PCPro, the thing is, it's very complicated to insert command's because it isn't simple typing what is shown, it's just a combination of the F1, F2, F3 and so on.

I managed to do everything right until the point That I have working number on the phones, but they don't conect to the line.

Thanks!
