I have an NEC SV8300 system which is CCIS to an SV8100 system and when we are on long call, to be precise at 60 minutes we get a warning beeping sound and the call get disconnected. I checked all setting related to forced release and no is populated!! Anybody has any idea, that would be great. Thanks

If this is a tandem call (2 trunks) then look at CMD 35119=>0 = available - Forced release for tandem connection for incoming trunk. The timer is in CMD 410=>54.
Or, 35247 = Forced release in designated time for outgoing trunk route, 0 = provide
35248 = Forced release in designated time for incoming trunk route, 0 = provide
Do not exclude the possibility that it's a telco feature activated by someone.

Also, in 410=>54 = Forced release timing for tandem connection, default is 30 mins.

Thanks, I checked all these settings 35119=>1, 410=>54 is none and 35247=> is 1. I do not know what else to check.
Thanks

Check on the 8100 side, long conversation cut off.
14-01-14/15 per trunk.
COS 20-13-02/03
20-21-03/04

All these commands on the SV8100 side are not populated. I also made a call from the SV8100 and the call did not get cutoff after 60 minutes, it stayed on.
I have no idea why it is happening on the SV8300 even though it is not set to do so.

Thank you for all your help.

There is no PRI in the SV8300. All calls go out through the CCIS to the SV8100.

Thanks,

There is no PRI in the SV8300. All calls go out through the CCIS to the SV8100.

So, all central office calls from the 8300 use the trunking on the 8100 to get out?
Which calls get cut off, station to station 8300 to 8100, or 8300 through the 8100 to the outside world?
What king of CO trunking do you have? Potts lines? SIP trunks? Some kind of telco conversion from SIP to Analog?
I am just trying to get a more precise description of your problem.

Aside from the long conversation cut off feature in the 8100, there is nothing that I am aware of in either system that would time your call to 60 mins. then cut it off.

Has it always been like this, or did this start happening recently?

Yes, all central office calls from the 8300 use the trunking on the 8100 to get out and it is a PRI T-1 from Telco office.
I have not tried to see if station to station fails too after 60 minutes but I will do a test.
I just installed this system 7 months ago and the complaint was recent, but I doubt that a lot of people talk on the phone for 60 minutes, so I do not know if the problem existed since the system got installed or not.

Thanks for all your help.
