This is an assisted-living facility, where the SV8300 delivers Caller ID to Station, and the users have regular residential single-line devices for their apartments.
Almost all devices work well now that the ringer candence was changed to 2 secs. on, 4 secs. off.
However, one brand of cordless is not receiving the Caller ID signal that is passed after the first ring. I have been searching online for specs for this cordless, to discover when it is looking for the caller ID signal to arrive, so that I may adjust the delivery time. I have not found my answer.
The cordless in question is AT&T Cordless CL83201 DECT 6.0 digital
