A new Fiber circuit was installed then the caller ID now shows DDD.
The Fiber SIP is converted to PRI in a Cisco 2911.
The expected digits are set to 4. Protocol NI-2

Here is a shot of a debug screen that was provided: The 1111111111 and 999999999 replaced the actual phone numbers.

Standard = CCITT
Transfer Capability = Speech

Transfer Rate = 64 kbit/s
Channel ID i = 0xA98381
Exclusive, Channel 1
Display i = '1111111111 1111111111'
Calling Party Number i = 0x0080, '+11111111111'

Any Ides would be appreciated.

No. We have two PRI's.
We have the existing two routes 10 and 20

If CID existed before the change in services and nothing in the 2000 IPS was changed, then the issue is most likely with Cisco.

I have the provider looking. It has been a battle to have them try and find a resolution.
Thanks for replying

Does anyone have an output like I show in the start of the thread I could compare to?
