How do I know how many roll over lines our NEC will support? We have 3, but line 2 is not lit on our phone.

The trunk cards are 4 ports each. You can add a 4 port daughter board card to an existing trunk card.
The first 4 ports are DS ports for the connection of NEX phones. However, you may add more daughter board card in the existing truck card. This will get you around 8 ports for usage.
