NEC SV8100 transfer help

Hello all, I am new here and new to these NECs in general. Have managed to fumble my way around using the admin guide to administer it this far. But here is a problem we are having. If someone calls in from the outside and is transferred to an extension and no one answers it will ring back to the person that transferred the call. This is OK!, but if it rings back to the person that transfer it no one else can answer that line only the the person that originated the transfer.
