Had a problem on one of our sites with the ISDN30 link, which later turned out to be a fault with the line provider. To prove this I tried using the diagnostics by 'telnetting' into the PBX with HyperAccess for the first time.
This worked well, to view the call progress messages you enter the DIM command 'mail in 0012', but according to the manual you also enter 'mail in 0012' to turn off the message blocks. I tried this but the messages were still being outputted.
My question is do the messages stop when you log out, if not how do you stop them?
Cheers
John

Have you tried turning it off then on again!

According to the manual, the command shows caps, Mail in 0012, then disconnect from the terminal session.

Thanks for that, I think it is just the same command repeated and then logging out, I logged back in a few days later and no info was being outputted.

Have you tried turning it off then on again!
