Hello there. My question is in regard to the SV8100 digital phones. There is a round button in the center of the directional pad (Shortcut/Enter key). When you press this key it shows : 1.Missed Calls 2. Voicemail 3.-------. Does anyone know of a way to program the third blank option? Research on this key says that you can use for frequently used features but it does not say whether you can add/change the options. After asking around I am thinking there is not a way to do so, however, I would like to think that the third option is not just there with no way to use it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That button works as a speed dial when the phone is connected to a SV-8500 system. It programs up the same way a as speed dial on a line key. I do not think it works on the SV-8100 system. The phones are used on 3 types of NEC systems and they all work a little differently.
