Hello,

I must apologize, I am reaching out for assistance with our phone system.

I am trying to assist my father's company with programming some of the phones to get the phone restrictions on calling out to do long distance. Long ago there were restrictions put in place due to fees, they are gone, so now we want to remove those blocks on phones.

The phones are not supported anymore and I live in a different city. I offered to read up and try to understand how to do it and tell them what to do there.

I don't know of any web interface at the business. I just want to know if I can go to each phone and remove the restriction. Please accept my apology for such a basic newbie ask.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Carl McKay

You would need to log into the system program and change the class of service for each phone. If you have access it's not too difficult.
Change MB 21-04 to a 1 for every extension. COS 1 is usually the unrestricted class.
