has anyone been able to use 3rd party sip licenses on sv8100 to connect
polycom soundpoint ip550?

I can get the phones to register and talk across network but
cannot do the following:

cannot make voice first intercom call to polycom, just rings till answered

cannot get internal group page or all call to come out over polycoms

cannot get caller id to display on polycoms

I found this in the Features Manual, A SIP device can only initiate an Internal, External or All Call Page. It cannot receive
either Internal or All Call pages or display page information.
There is no specific information about a voice call, but if it cannot receive an all call page (voice call ) then it probably cannot receive an internal voice call since they are essentially the same thing.
As for CID, it states; Caller ID is shown only on ISDN, SIP or Analog CO trunks that are directed at the SIP device.
Caller ID will not display for calls transferred to the SIP device.
If you are receiving CID to the multiline phones then it may be a setting in the polycom but it must be a direct call to the Polycom and not a transfer.

I hope this helps.
