NEC SV8100 Force Trunk Disconnect

I Have several 8100 systems that once a month or so a trunk gets stuck off hook and cant free the line without a system reset. I have tried the forced trunk disconnect and it wont work. Been over the programing several times and cant find the reason why this feature wont work.

Sounds like you have loop start lines. They provide no disconnect signal from Telco. See if your provider can give you a loop start trunk, or convert them to ground start trunks.
