NEC SV8100 Fax fail over SIP 2

Faxes fail randomly over SIP trunks - T.38 is off, using G.711 passthrough. Some times a fax will get through, some times 1 page makes it. I can fax the same number twice with different results.

Any suggestions?

Fax over SIP is a crap shoot. For solid results you need a TDM/POTS line. Have you tried T.38? Although it is also hit-and-miss.
