Nec sv8100 external call forwarding problem

i forward the calls on my local to my mobile phone, but whenever our operator transfer calls to my local. the caller will hear the prompt "your call has been forwaded" then the call drops. what do you think is the problem by the way I already activated the trunk to trunk transfer in programming still the problem occurs.
 
Verify unsupervised conference is allowed in class of service. Also, have the operator call your extension to verify that the call forwarding off site is correct and working.
