Hi All,

I have tried to search the forums but I'm not exactly sure what I need to be looking for to get anywhere near to a valid search.

I currently have a setup where both of our offices have an SV8100 system in place, each of them is programmed individually so the system has its own set of ISDN lines for incoming/outgoing calls and each is manned by a receptionist.

We are currently looking into what options are available to us to have all calls come into our main office switchboard and then get redirected to extensions in the remote office by 1 receptionist.

Could anyone make suggestions for this please or even point me into the correct wording of what I need to be searching for in order to find this?

Thanks in advance

If at first you don't succeed then I guess your in the right place to ask why! :p

Since they are separate stand-a-lone systems, all you can do is transfer to a station in the other system and create an unsupervised conference. This uses up several trunks. Your best option is to add the Netlink feature to the two systems which will link them together as one. It will require hardware and software licensing to set it up as well as internet connectivity. And both systems will need to have separate and distinct number plans.
