NEC SV8100 DT700 series phones (Option for Nat Transversal Greyed out)

I just bought more IP phones off the internet and I went to go program them the way I normally do and the NAT Trans menu option is greyed out. Therefore I cant set the WAN IP for my remote system.

I am thinking its because of a firmware issue? The phone currently has 1.3.3.0 whereas my working phones have 5.0.4.0. Can someone assist me? If I need to upgrade the firmware I havent been able to find the firmware download anywhere.
