NEC SV8100 Conference Bridge
- When scheduling a conference call, can the duration be increased beyond 240 minutes? If so, how?
- When scheduling a conference call, can the password be somehow set to be the same password for repeating calls? For example, we have Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8 am status conference calls and we would like to use the same password for the attendees for each of these conference calls, but cannot figure out how to get around the built in edit that requires each conference call password to be unique.

Have you tried MB 20-34, maximum conference duration?

Thank you for the suggestion belevedere! I'm running Web Pro 9.51 and my System Options go from 20-31 to 20-35. Searching for 'conference duration' does not match anything.

On the Conference Bridge Web App, under System Settings, Bridge Settings, Bridge Configuration, Max Conf. Duration, there is a pull down and the max minutes limits me to 240. I wish I could find a way to override it. I'm logged in as installer.

Thank you belevedere for another great suggestion. I couldn't figure out how to program through the telephone for what I want to change. I continued to search for logins that might then make the 20-34 screen available, but could find none. So, I'm closing this post and my work around is to use the 'Preset Conference Rooms' feature which as you know is always on with no time limit set and I can set the join pw to the number of digits I want, 1-5.
