Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Attempting to setup NEC SV8100 for CallRevu (Call Recording Service):

[li]Figure out how to clone main line 5500 with same routing.[/li]
[li]Make sure cloned DID has the same call flow as the main line.[/li]
[li]Call CallRevu. [/li]
[li]Give them the cloned DID number and get their forward number.[/li]
[li]Set 5500 to forward to CallRevu forward number.[/li]
[/ol]
Documentation so far refers to 'Program 22-09: DID Basic Data Setup' but the fields are vague and do not correspond to the customer's request.
