I have 4 lines that I want to handle as callcenter but without VRS messages, the idea is for the caller to dial a virtual number 100

and redirected to 200,201,202,203

but if one of them is busy, it sounds in the free line of the 4

the idea is also that they do not always sound in that order but that they are rotating the way the call comes in

it's not my native language sorry

I would use a department group. It is easier to set up..
go into 11-07 and pick a free department group (remember which department group you set it to) add extension 100
Go into 16-01 and in the upper right enter the department group from the step above then click the magnifying glass
In Item 01 name your group.
in item 02 set to circular
in item 03 set to route to idle member.
Go to 16-02. In the upper right select your stations. add them to the department group you assigned in step 1
The priority is what order do you want the phones to ring.
Try that out and let me know. ACD is much more complicated, I can help you set it up, but think this more simple method will work for you.

Nice bro WORKSSSSS

already works as is

And the call goes as I want and if it is not answered, jump to another line of the group at 4 rings

Can you define the time of the call jump?

I already knew how to do it

Time is defined on the option
16-01 09
