Hi all
i am new here and also i am not expert of NEC SV-8100 system, we are using NEC SV-8100, i having problem in my office, only one extension is busy all time, if you call from mobile or other landline number it is busy but intercom is working fine, i have 100 extension in my office 99 working perfect no problem at all, i check all configuration (forwarding, DND, incoming call, ) for this extension but everything look fine, i can make calls from this extension but i can't receive any call on this extension, still not solve this problem, anyone can help me please?
