thread937-1595604 The referenced post describes EXACTLY the same issue we are encountering now with our NEC SV8100, but doesn't appear to have been resolved. Soft phone users are able to connect when on the LAN, but not when connected via the VPN. Our VPN server is a Win 2008 Server running RRAS, and we suspect that there is a routing issue between the external and internal interfaces.
To add a bit more information, we recently upgraded from a Win SBS 2003 server, which only utilized ONE interface. Soft phone connections over the VPN worked great with that server, again pointing to a configuration issue with the new RRAS server.
I'm a new member - is there a way to contact the original poster (carlingboy) to see if they ever found a resolution?
