Hi guys
New to NEC here, done Pana/Avaya/Nortel/Siemens/LG in the past however company want to move over to NEC.
We have received a demo kit from our supplier and also the worst PBX course I've ever done.
So I am having a few issues, these may very well be me that's the problem;
1 - My Voip resource card randomly stops pinging/working, when I have done some changes then reboot to PBX it stops responding, only way to get it to work again is a factory reset.
2 - InDECT says country code is wrong, despite it being correct (44) in the UK. This is on application manager when i'm trying to install
3 - SIP Trunks, i'm trying to setup gamma SIP trunks (before the DSP crashed again...) I could get inbound calls but no outbound, anyone got tips on troubleshooting that?
another thing....setting call flows up seems very overcomplicated compared to any other PBX I've ever worked on, Auto attendants look like quite a big task, we are unsure we made the right decision with this change.....
