NEC SL2100 Trunk to trunk transfer issue 1

Greetings,

Could anyone please help me to set up correctly ,trunk to trunk transfer,
I'm new user of NEC SL2100,and I checked for trunk to trunk transfer enable and CO trunks.
the Issue is : When I make a call from an operator "200" to an outside mobile phone "1", the operator "200" transfer the call to the outside mobile phone "2". when I hang up the operator "200", the outside mobile phone "2" also automatically hanging up.
is there any solution to solve that problem??

I believe instead of hanging up you press transfer again to send the call on it's way. Then hang up.

21-03: assign trunk group 1 (if you use default) for all modes.

Stupid question, how many line appearances or loop keys do you have on that phone?

I've said that I'm new to NEC so it's not a stupid question,
12 loop keys but I need the use of 2 only .

Ya, I just tested it. Granted this is a 9100 it should be the same.

Call answered, TRF dial number what for it to ring or answer press TRF to bridge the calls.

I can test this on a 2100 at some point when I go on a customer site.
