NEC SL2100 SIP Trunks

Hi ALL

Looking for help urgently or some sort of guidelines, I have check over the internet for help and follow all there advice but no joy.

I have two sip providers Blueface and Eircom and I cannot either of them to work on the SL2100

I can get Blueface to work on the Panasonic ns700 but not Eircom as they have the following symbol in the password ^ and Panasonic pbx don't like this

Where are I going wrong...I do have UK support helping as well but they are getting no joy

Any help would be great

UPDATE

Got the password changed to suit the NS700 and all SIP trunks worked no problem

What am I missing on the SL2100
