I hope this message finds you well. I'm currently experiencing a technical issue with my NEC SL2100 system, which is integrated with a UK-based Unify server over sip trunk . The problem is that the system stops working automatically and requires a restart to function properly again.
Upon investigation, I've checked the network traceroute, which indicates a response time of 100 to 150 ms. Additionally, the SIP server ping consistently receives responses. However, the issue persists.
I'm reaching out to this technical community to seek assistance in identifying any potential programming-related issues or tips for pinpointing network errors. Any insights or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
