NEC SL2100 Extension to Extension Voicemail Problem 1

When one extension calls another extension, the voice mailbox doesn't pickup. The voice mailbox does pickup if an incoming call is transferred from the automated attendant to the extension.

24-09 to adjust call forwarding. use 3999 for voicemail.
