NEC SL2100, call not offering to extension on secondary night mode

Hi everyone.

I have an SL2100 communicating with xelsio CTI and am able to receive and place calls on the primary night mode but when the night mode is switched, it does not want to register any offerings to the extensions.

I have 2 virtuals, 1 for day and 1 for night.

Could possibly be a driver limitation or some other setting?

Need virtual ext to ring on assigned extensions in night mode, possibly?

You need to check your night mode trunk settings in 22-02 to start. Possibly set up 22-02,04 or 07 to virtual. Then place the virtual on the phones you want to ring. Or set up a ring group for night mode and place those phones into that group.

So I have 22-02 set to DIL on mode 1 & mode 2, 22-07 to VE 200 on mode 1 and VE 201 on mode 2. I got both VE's assigned to a key on 101 in ring group 1.

Still having no luck.

EDIT. so I've managed to get it going. programming in pcpro vs webpro was the issue.

How can I set the ring duration for the secondary night mode, would it be timer classes?

Yes, timer classes. I've always used firefox for web access, but I preferred to log in using PCPro.

Ya, PCPro will not work if you are using VE in ring groups. One of the many reasons I use WebPro.
