NEC SL2100 Auto Attendant

Hi All,

Just Want to ask what caused the auto-attendant malfunction. We already set up an auto-attendant last month and it's working fine but this day the auto attendant won't function and all incoming calls directly to an operator. The recording of auto-attendant is loaded to an admin account through web pro. I need some advice what to do with this one in advance before going on an onsite visit to a client.

Stupid question but is it in night mode?

Or one of the other 8 modes?
Look at MB 93-01 to verify what mode it's in, or,
Try dialing 718 + 1 from the attendant position to place it into mode 1 (day)

I already checked onsite the problem there was the program going back to default. Before we program it last time we make sure our program is uploaded.
Any idea why this happens? maybe it is a hardware problem or something?

After uploading a backed up program you must disconnect from PCPro. Then reconnect and perform a reboot (2nd initialization).
A loaded program will default if you shut down, press and hold the load button while powering up and release the load button after ~ 10 seconds.
A dead battery and a power up will also default the system.
