NEC SL2100 and ST500 Clients 1

Hello

We have installed a brand new SL2100, couple of digitals, loads of analogues that all work fine.

There are a number of brand new Galaxy X Cover mobiles running the ST500 mobile client all workig internally on the WiFi, they won't be used off site.

This is the second almost identical site, on the frst site we had an issue getting the ST500 phones to work, they took a lot of rebooting, deletion and re-creation of extns etc. NEC got involved and didn't really know why we had such issues. In the end we got them to work and they have been happy ever since.

Second site, same again, took ages to get them up and running but finally did so. Left site yesterday and got a call today telling me they are all stuck at Connecting and none of them work!

We are following the ST500 guide to the letter and are at a loss why this should be so difficult to get working.

Does anyone have any setup tips or experience with these ST500 clients?

I think problem is on the app.
We have experienced this one time, it connects and disconnects automatically.

Keep checking the app store for updated apps. NEC keeps fixing things.
