NEC SL1100 - International Calls

Hello all,

My sales team are trying to call internationally from Canada to the UK, Europe and NZ, but cannot figure out how to dial out. To my dismay, they have called 911 accidentally a few times.

Is there something they're supposed to be dialing or is it a setting in WebPro that is not allowing the calls to leave North America?

Sometimes extensions are restricted from 011 calls in class of service. Check MB 21-04 and make sure the extensions are in class 1. To dial out, either press a trunk key and dial the international number (011+xxxxx...), Or lift the handset, dial 9 to get an outside line, then dial the number. (this is done if you get ICM dial tone when going off hook.
