NEC SL1100 How to auto select specific lines to use on specific extension? 1

I have a tenant system or two sets of users on one system. How do I get specific extension to go off hook on lines 3 and 4 first, instead of 1 and 2?

In 14-05 make trunks 3 and 4 group 2 and assign them priority 1 and 2
In 14-06 make route 2 point to trunk group 2
In 21-02 assign the extension for company 2 to use route 2
