NEC SL1100 External moh with hold msg?

I've been in telecom for 30 yrs and certified in many ksus and pbxs. Here's my question.

A friend has an SL1100 installed in his club. He has SAT radio that is used for MOH. He wants to be able to play a recordable message to interrupt the MPH every so often (15 - 20 secs). Can this be done with the SL11OO?

You would have to install a module inline with the sat radio. All the interruptions would have to be controlled by the 3rd party units. The SL1100 can't control MOH if it's not integrated with the phone system.
