NEC SL1100 DT700 VOIP Phones over VPN

I'M having an occasional issue with remote phones over a WAN VPN saying SIP Server Not Found. Sometimes doing a hard reset on the phone makes it reconnect sometimes it doesn't. It only does this every couple weeks or so. Thanks for the help.

Check for a duplicate IP address on the network. Try changing the VoIP db IP address to a different static address. Check all physical connections.
