NEC SL1100 caller id not coming through anymore.

I have a customer who has swapped providers. Caller ID was working with last provider, now tha new provider is installed i get no caller id but nothing was changed in programing i checked called id is coming from provider with my Telephone testset and caller id comes through.

What type of trunks are we talking about?

They are just regular copper trunks.

Check 14-02-10 and 14-02-16 for these trunks.
