You need to check 10-46-14 "NAT Mode"
You need to put the public IP address of the router into 10-12-07
If you also have IP phones connected through a VPN you need to add the networks that are connected through a VPN to 10-58. You enter the network IP in 10-58 under IP address, that is the lowest IP address in the range, probably the one that ends in zero. (If you're local IP addresses were 192.168.1.xxx with a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0 you would enter 192.168.1.0 and 255.255.255.0 in 10-58)
