and 172.16.3.202 as ip phone extension 216

and at remote site i have 172.16.0.50 a pc i can ping to 172.16.3.201 as DSP
and 172.16.3.202 as ip phone extension 216

but i can not ping the ip 172.16.3.200 as voip card

what is the issue because i need to put a ip phone at remote site.

thank u.

Remote ip phones require either a VPN or port forwarding in the system side router.
UDP port forward 5080 to 172.16.0.200
UDP port forward 10020-10083 to 172.16.0.201
Turn off SIP ALG
