Hi everybody. I have a problem with my SL1000. I have 2 ISDN and 20 other numbers. The calling party number was one of the ISDN lines, the only known outside for office clients. Since we got fiber line we started to go out with the first of the 20 other numbers (from 5320100 to 5320119). Each of these number works like an 'internal' so you can call it from outside and just a single phone will ring.
We would like have the calling number (from all phones) always the same 315254 the one of the ISDN
I have checked the configuration but I can't understand how to force the outgoing call to get the ISDN number and why it gets always the first one of the 20s (5320100)
Thank you in advance for your help
Pietro

MB 21-12 is ISDN outgoing by trunk, 21-13 is ISDN outgoing by extension. 21-13 overrides 21-12 if there are numbers in both.

Thanks Belevedere,
but if I change the 21-13 could I still call the extension among the offices or not?
If I change the 200 - 5320100 and I put the ISDN number 315254 will It be reacheable from outside?
I attach the screenshot

Thanks again
Pietro

21-13 has nothing to do with incoming calls. This is the CID presented to the network on an outgoing call by extension.
