Hi Guys,
i just want to seek for help. we have an nec sl1000 and it has an enabled VRS, but one day the VRS become disabled. although when we check the configuration using the web browser through ip 192.168.0.10 when i check the configuration. there is no changes in the configuration. and when we check the VRS through nec phone, the VRS message is still there . the problem is all incoming call are not passing through the VRS. what should i do? please help me guys.
