whenever user A (office environment:quiet) tries to intercom user B (factory environment:noisy), there is a tendency User A will not be able to hear user B's voice for a while. during that period, its a period of silence or muted. i am assuming this is a "noise-cancelling" feature that comes with this phone (NEC SL1000). anyone knows how to fix this?
