NEC SL1000 External Paging Sound Problem

Hi I'm new to NEC PaBX, I'd already configure the external paging, the problem is that the voice of the user when doing the paging is noisy, and there's a huge feedback noise and echo. The speaker, amplifier are all new. Am I having a wrong configuration of it?

This is tricky. Is the phone in the middle of all the speakers and is there an amplifier in the middle of configuration? If there is amplifier lower the volume to lowest setting and play around until feedback is gone

Hmm, the phone is above nearly 3 meters away to the speaker, yes there is an amplifier placed beside to the pabx.
