Hi everyone, I am currently new in using SL1000 and want to know lots of stuff. I am currently configuring a SL1000 where a call comes in the VRS and after a few seconds overflows to the operator extension which is ext 200 then after few rings (2 rings) will ring ext 201. The problem is that when ext 200 transfers the call to ext 201, ext 200 keeps on ringing and not dropped. Even after the caller hangs up the ext 200 keeps on ringing. I also want to know how to change the ring interval before ext 200 transfer the call to ext 201. It only rings 2 times and I want to change it to 4 times. It will be great if someone can help me.
